Purpose of the role To drive technicalexcellence and innovation by leading the design and implementationof robust software solutions, providing mentorship to engineeringteams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and contributingto strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-qualitysolutions aligned with business objectives. AccountabilitiesProvision of guidance and expertise to engineering teams to ensurealignment with best practices and foster a culture of technicalexcellence. Contribution to strategic planning by aligningtechnical decisions with business goals, anticipating futuretechnology trends, and providing insights to optimize productroadmaps. Design and implementation of complex, scalable, andmaintainable software solutions, considering long-term viabilityand business objectives. Mentoring and coaching to junior andmid-level engineers to foster professional growth and knowledgesharing, elevating the overall skillset and capabilities of theorganization. Collaboration with business partners, productmanagers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesiveapproach to product development. Innovation within the organizationby identifying and incorporating new technologies, methodologies,and industry practices into the engineering process.
