Lead Performance Test Engineer-LoadRunner JMeter Neoload Dynatrace Grafana-Hybrid
Our direct client is seeking a Sr Performance Test engineer for a long term consulting engagement. Lead and mentor a performance testing team, ensuring delivery of project milestones with high quality and engagement.
Define performance testing strategy, plans, and scenarios based on workload modeling and system analysis.
Utilize tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, Dynatrace, and Grafana to execute and analyze performance tests.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
Drive process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and implement lessons learned.
Participate in cross-functional reviews, handovers, and defect triaging with internal and third-party teams.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
