5+ years of experience with multiple programming languages – Mastery of core programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript is crucial. (This includes both front-end and back-end development skills and understanding)
5+ years of experience in Pega and hands on workflow creation- Extensive experience with Pega, particularly in defining case types, business rules, decisioning, workflows is needed. These solutions will be tailored to healthcare management, experience here is highly valuable.
5+ years of Proven experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems in a healthcare or PBM context This role requires more than just building workflows; it demands the ability to integrate Pega with complex ecosystems. Candidates should be comfortable using Java to build custom connectors and services where Pega s native tools fall short
