ServiceNow Developer:
Configure/develop ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), & Custom Applications. Apply ITIL in configuring Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management modules. Develop and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal, Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Oversee Asset Management processes, configure and deploy Discovery and Event Management, implement Demand Management. Work with integration tools/APIs such as REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 1 year experience. 1 year must include experience with ITIL, ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, GRC, CMDB, Discovery, REST, SOAP, and Event Management.
