Job Description
We have an immediate need for a seasoned Solaris Insure Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, specifically focusing on commercial lines.
Pay Rate:
$50•55/hr
This role requires end-to-end experience in policy administration systems, microservices architecture, and the deployment of solutions on Azure and Oracle Cloud environments. The successful candidate will lead the integration of Solartis with enterprise systems, manage policy lifecycle processes, and contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
To be successful in this position, one needs to be a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in Solartis Insure, Azure services, Java, C#, .NET, and document management systems. Experience in underwriting, policy administration, and commercial insurance lines such as Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and Property is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage distributed teams, and a customer-focused approach to solution delivery.
This position demands a proactive mindset, commitment to quality and service excellence, and a collaborative spirit to mentor and engage cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, integration frameworks, and cloud-native architecture principles will also be critical for success.
