We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect, Solution Engineer & Sales Enablement to join our team. As a Senior Architect, Solution Engineering & Sales Enablement, you will play a critical part in shaping our presales strategy and ensuring our technical solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Work-Mode:

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop tailored technical solutions that address business challenges+

Solution Design:

Design and architect innovative solutions that leverage our technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security+

Technical Demonstrations:

Building proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential customers+

Proposal Development:

Create detailed technical proposals and presentations, articulating the benefits and differentiators of our solutions to prospective clients+

Collaboration:

Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends. Provide feedback to influence product roadmaps and implementation strategies+

Training and Enablement:

Provide technical training and support to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the technical value of our solutions+

Customer Advocacy:

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications:
Education:

+ Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred

Experience:

+ 8+ years of experience in a pre-sale, solution engineering, or technical consulting role within a technology company+

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, microservices, APIs, and modern software development practices. Experience with financial services technology platforms is highly desirable

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences+

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing creative and effective solutions to meet customer needs+
