As a Senior Designer/Architect, you will be akey player in the development of complex and innovativearchitectural projects. This role will require you to work closelywith a team of skilled professionals, as well as independently, toensure the successful execution of projects. You will play apivotal role in creating and implementing design strategies thatwill enhance the efficiency and aesthetic appeal of variousstructures.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovativedesign concepts for various architectural projects. 2. UtilizeRevit and Bluebeam software to create, edit, and managearchitectural drawings and plans. 3. Collaborate with a team ofengineers, designers, and architects to ensure the successfulexecution of projects. 4. Review and analyze project specificationsto ensure they align with client requirements and industrystandards. 5. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress ofprojects and ensure the design plans are being followed accurately.6. Provide expert advice and guidance to junior designers andarchitects. 7. Participate in client meetings to present designconcepts and gather feedback. 8. Stay abreast of the latest trendsand advancements in the engineering industry to enhance the qualityof design strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree inArchitecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degreewill be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein the engineering industry with a focus on design andarchitecture. 3. Proficiency in Revit – Bluebeam is a plus! 4.Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, andstandards. 5. Excellent project management skills with the abilityto oversee multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strongcommunication skills with the ability to present complex designconcepts in a clear and concise manner. 7. Ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of a team. 8. Strongproblem-solving skills with the ability to overcome designchallenges. 9. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trendsand advancements in the engineering industry. 10.
