Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Accela Civic Platform to meet the needs of the project. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Customize and configure Accela applications, including scripting, workflow development, and integration with other systems. Develop and maintain data integrations between Accela and other systems. Ensure the quality and performance of Accela solutions through rigorous testing and debugging. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members. Participate in project planning, status meetings, and other project-related activities. Stay current with Accela platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $85.00 – $95.00.
