THE ROLE
As a Founding Member of Technical Staff, you’ll be a core contributor to the product engineering team, working across the stack to build high-impact, user-facing features. You’ll collaborate with experts in front-end, back-end, and ML to shape the product and engineering culture from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to work on open-source software at the frontier of LLM infrastructure, with full ownership of key components like the observability dashboard.
Design and build full-stack features for a high-performance LLM observability and optimisation platform.
Contribute to open-source projects and shape the technical roadmap.
Collaborate with a small, highly technical team to deliver production-grade tools.
Drive projects from concept to deployment with a focus on developer experience and performance.
Help define engineering best practices and contribute to company culture.
SKILLS
Masters or PhD in Comp Sci from a globally recognized institution
Strong technical background with experience leading complex engineering projects.
Passion for developer tooling, design, and building delightful user experiences.
Comfortable working across the stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Preference for in-person collaboration in a high-energy NYC office.
