Service Now Developer Job Summary:

Talent Software Services isin search of a Service Now Developer for a contract position inMN(100% remote). The opportunity will be six months with a strongchance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary:

Responsible forthe design, development, implementation, and maintenance of customsystem software, and/or the installation and maintenance ofpurchased systems software, as well as the configuration andsupport of hardware systems across clients. In conjunction withmore senior technical staff, develops proposals that consideralternatives and business case, and gains needed institutionalapprovals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNowDeveloper Experienced in development using JavaScript. Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communicationand collaboration skills Ability to work independently and managemultiple tasks effectively Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies. (preferred) Remediation of customized ServiceNowBusiness Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc. as identifiedin Health Assessments. Examples could include correcting scriptswith the following issues: Client Scripts should check for isLoading and return – Client-side code should not use GlideRecordScripts should not contain hard-coded IDs -Scripts should not usethe eval() method Client-side code should not contain theconsole.log() debugging method -Don’t use a variable called gr inscripts Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ experience,including one (1) year demonstrated technical experienceAssociate’s degree and seven (7) years’ experience, including one(1) year demonstrated technical experience.
