Job Description
Pennoni Associates, Inc. is seeking to employ one (1) H-1B nonimmigrant in the occupational classification of Associate Engineer II at a salary from $75,000 to $85,000 per year for the period from 06/30/2025 to 06/29/2028, at the location of Pennoni Associates, Inc., 29 Broadway, New York, NY 10006. The labor condition application is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business located at 1900 Market Street, Suite 300, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
