Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing technology team. This role involves building innovative solutions that support global banking operations across over 100 countries.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JVM-based development, distributed systems, and DevOps practices, and will contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance performance, reduce complexity, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, robust code using Java, Kotlin, and Scala.
Lead platform development, manage day-to-day requests, and contribute to long-term project strategies.
Enhance team performance by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining the software development lifecycle.
Ensure platform compliance with internal security, audit, and regulatory policies.
Maintain system stability during enhancement and maintenance cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Required Qualifications
6+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of hands-on development with Java/Kotlin.
Must have recent financial domain experience and must have scala experience.
Strong experience with multithreaded JVM applications and large-scale system development.
Proven experience in developing distributed systems and container-based technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
Practical experience with performance tuning of JVM applications.
Hands-on experience with document storage databases, especially MongoDB.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps engineering practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage full product development cycles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the securities lending domain.
Background in optimizing IT environments and reducing complexity through innovative solutions
