$165,000 – $215,000 per year

We are looking for a full stack engineer with proven experience working in Rust + JavaScript (React) + Typescript.

Role:

Software Engineer (Full Stack / Backend-Focused)

Type:

Full-time

Location:

NYC (hybrid; relocation support available)

Compensation:

$165-215k base salary

Equity:

0.5% – 2.5% based on experience
What You’ll Work On
Build and scale systems that ingest and structure large volumes of operational data (sales, inventory, financial, etc.)
Design intuitive interfaces and visualizations that turn complexity into clarity for end users
Automate key internal and customer workflows using LLMs and modern backend systems
Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver high-impact features
Own backend-heavy work, with opportunities to contribute across the stack
What We’re Looking For
Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in modern languages (Rust preferred)
Proficiency in full-stack development: backend APIs, database design, and front-end interfaces using React/TypeScript
Comfort with startup environments: ambiguity, autonomy, and accountability
Experience working with data systems, cloud infrastructure, or AI-enabled features is a plus
Willingness to work in NYC at least part of the week during the first 6+ months (we’ll support relocation if needed)
