10+ years of hands-on software development experience
10+ years of strong Java (J2SE/J2EE)

Experience with multithreading

, Perl/Shell scripting
Proficiency in Autosys
, Git/SVN
, Eclipse/IntelliJ
, TOAD/SQL Developer
Strong Linux/Unix knowledge; Experience with Apache
, Tomcat
, WebSphere
Working knowledge of messaging tools:
TIBCO EMS
, IBM MQ
Experience with build tools: Ant
, Maven
, Gradle
Familiarity with JIRA
, release management
, and production support
Experience with infrastructure modernization: PaaS, DBaaS, IaaS
Ability to mentor junior developers and work in onshore-offshore model
