Responsibilities:

Oversight of status reporting, issue resolution, and escalation of systems issues and delays, communication to management and stakeholders Ownership in designing, building, implementing and supporting projects Work with other developers on architecture and infrastructure strategy and roadmap Act as the first line of support for system issues and work with vendor/internal technical resources to triage and fix bugs and system outages. Build and troubleshoot proprietary vendor applications Provide on-call support for critical production systems Act as data steward, synthesizing data and connecting dots to provide context and insight and exploring opportunities to enhance data sourcing and data governance

Qualifications:

Experience in a hands-on role with a Private Credit firm or other Financial Services organization. Superior problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver well-structured analyses and clearly present findings Superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task and flex with changing priorities Ability to prioritize, take full ownership and responsibility of various tasks without losing attention to detail. Solid business and data analysis skills; working knowledge of debt and finance operations a strong plus
