Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Developer to join a dynamic and growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology (GRCT) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains, with hands-on configuration and development within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a developer with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to delivering impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow IRM suite, including configurations, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
Deliver end-to-end development projects including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Create and maintain technical/implementation design documentation.
Provide accurate estimates for design, build, test, and implementation efforts.
Conduct implementation and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Coach and mentor other engineers on development and coding techniques.
Collaborate with the scrum team to prepare configurations for production.
Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment with the overall testing strategy.
Escalate and propose changes to implementation specifications as necessary.
Work closely with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and support product/tool evaluations as business needs evolve.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools such as Rally.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules/components.
Strong experience with ServiceNow development including:
Workflows, scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, ACLs, CMDB, and integrations.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including:
JavaScript
, RESTful APIs
, XML
, Java
, Jelly scripting
, and AngularJS
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to a range of audiences.
Strong understanding of GRC/IRM domain trends and practices.
8+ years of overall development experience.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks
; familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
Conceptual knowledge of architectural design and systems integration.
Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus (but not required).
