About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in nCino and a strong background in the financial services industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve moderately complex engineering challenges and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce and nCino solutions to support business processes in the financial services domain.
Participate in medium to large-scale software engineering initiatives, contributing to planning, execution, and delivery.
Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues, applying sound judgment and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2+ years of experience developing on the nCino platform.
Proven experience in the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Administrator certifications.
nCino certification(s).
Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
