Job Description:

Build systems that enable the company to deliver fast, scalable, and reliable services to users. Write code and tests for production services, offline jobs, and internal tools in creating a well-crafted code base. Build storage systems, libraries, and frameworks that help the company scale. Deploy and maintain production services, while finding ways to minimize the ongoing effort required to operate these services. Work on the scalability, resilience, and efficiency of backend components. Collect, clean up, and analyze data to draw insights and formulate ideas, working alongside Product Engineering, Product Management, and Interaction Design teams, and other engineers to plan, implement, and validate solutions to user problems.

Job Requirements:

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:1.SQL and NoSQL database systems like Postgres, Dynamo DB, AWS SQL and Cassandra2.Programming languages and building large scale applications in Python, Java, Scala, and C/C++3.Developing server and client APIs and design system architectures4.Hands on experience with large data modeling and transforms using tools like Databricks, SparkSQL, Hive 5.Run time and memory optimizations for large scale ML models such as BERT6.Cloud architectures and building software using AWS and Google cloud7.Testing and debugging distributed system applications and writing clean code for application featuresEmployment and background checks may be required.
