LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL, Inc. in New York, NY, seeks a Product Expert to act as expert in Firco Enterprise and Firco Insight products. Utilize strong technical profiles and support customers when Product Support have not been able to provide an answer to customer. Support Product and Tech teams by sharing their knowledge and running complex testing. Responsible for direct customer/partner/consultant to support the applications. Work on issues escalated by Support level 1/2 and coordinate with the Product Owners for product fixes and enhancements. Conduct specialized tests that cannot be performed by QA. Firco Enterprise and Firco Insight products being the tool many financial organisms rely on to comply to the authorities regulations regarding payment transactions, it is very often necessary to intervene swiftly in order for the banking institution to process their payments. Act as an expert and utilize strong technical profiles and support customers when Product Support have not been able to provide an answer to customer. Review and analysis of customers architecture for web server installation (tomcat, websphere liberty) and/or database (SQLserver, oracle). Support Product and Tech teams by sharing their knowledge and running complex testing on Windows and Linux environment to beta-test our solutions. In case of critical issue on customer environment, intervene as a direct contact for customer/partner/consultant to support the applications and unblock the business workflow so that compliance officer at the bank or operators do not miss payment cut-offs. Work on issues escalated by Support level 1/2 and coordinate with the Product Owners for product fixes and enhancements, this implies to evaluate the defects in our applications, propose a workaround or discuss potential fix. As our roadmap is constantly evolving to include new features and technologies (for example, installation is a cloud environment), conduct specialized tests that cannot be performed by QA. Perform other duties as needed. A minimum of a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.

Also required is:

5 years of experience: serving as an expert for technical and functional support for all Fircosoft applications; having high involvement on application deployment in complex architecture environment; providing training sessions for product supporters and new joiners; and assisting other teams in troubleshooting customer issues. 2 years of experience: handling escalation of complex production issues from Product Support and Professional Service teams before customer Go-Live; and managing crises with customers in US and EMEA markets. Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL, Inc. office in New York, NY, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S. Experience can be concurrent.

Salary:
