What You’ll Do:
Architect, design, and build scalable web applications.
Lead technical decisions and mentor engineering team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into robust, maintainable code.
Build secure APIs and services with a focus on performance and data integrity.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, system optimization, and tech leadership.
Job Requirements:

Requirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience across frontend, backend, and distributed systems.
2+ years in a Staff Engineer or Tech Lead capacity.
Deep expertise in Next.js (13+), React, TypeScript, and MUI.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python.
Experience designing APIs, working with microservices, and deploying to cloud environments.
Familiarity with performance tuning, observability, security best practices, and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
