Summary:

The API Integration Manager leads the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of Teachers API platform. The Manager works with internal teams and external partners, and ensures the API ecosystem aligns with business objectives, supports seamless integrations, and enhances operational efficiency. Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required Minimum four years hands-on experience with Mulesoft platform, including API management, integration development, and deployment required Mulesoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) preferred Mulesoft Certified Architect – Level 1 or higher preferred Additional relevant certifications in API management, cloud computing, or integration architecture are a plus.

Essential Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint, API Manager and Monitoring, DataWeave, or related API technologies required Combined technical leadership and strategic oversight to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative API solutions that drive business value and digital transformation Strong understanding of web services, REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols required Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs required Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipeline tools for automated deployment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Designs and implements comprehensive API strategy, roadmap, and governance model aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices Ensures APIs are designed with scalability, security, and performance in mind, optimizing integration capabilities across business functions Oversees the day-to-day management and operation of the API platform, ensuring continuous performance monitoring, issue resolution, and optimization of API services Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth operational performance Leads the design, development, and implementation of API integrations, functionality enhancements, and continuous improvement to drive business value Collaborates with IT, business units, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs Manages relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers , ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards and timelines Handles escalations related to vendor issues, and coordinates with external support Ensures API integrations adhere to industry regulations, internal security policies, and compliance requirements Continuously monitors API security and mitigates potential risks, and provides guidance to stakeholders on best practices Collaborates with internal teams, including IT, development, and business units, to understand integration needs and deliver tailored solutions Performs other duties as assigned Benefits of Joining the
