As a Lead Software Engineer, you will: 1. Lead ateam of software engineers, providing technical guidance andmentorship. 2. Design, develop and implement innovative softwaresolutions, utilizing your skills in

ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI, ML, C

#,JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, and React. 3.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs andtranslate them into functional and efficient software solutions. 4.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness ofapplications. 5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 6.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. 7.Work in an agile environment, adhering to best practices andcontinuously improving processes. 8. Leverage your knowledge ofcloud technologies, particularly Azure, to optimize our softwaresolutions for the cloud environment. 9. Stay up-to-date with thelatest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always atthe forefront of the energy industry.

Qualifications:

To beconsidered for this role, you must have: 1. A bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. 2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with afocus on web solutions. 3. Proficiency in

ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI,ML, C

#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, andReact. 4. Experience leading a team of software engineers. 5.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, with Azure certificationbeing a plus. 6. Experience with Agile methodology, with Agilecertification being a plus. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills anda passion for innovation. 8. Strong communication and collaborationskills. 9. Experience with Azure DevOps will be highly regarded.
