In addition to actively contributing tocoding and problem-solving, the lead will focus on three coreresponsibilities: mentoring and developing individual team members,designing and delivering high-quality software solutions, andcultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of technicalproficiency and leadership skills to drive projects to completioneffectively. Relevant Experience Over 10 years of hands-ondevelopment experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC,grounded in the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem. Proventrack record of leading technical teams for 3 years, guiding thedesign and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. Deepfull-stack development expertise, with a strong focus on buildingperformant user interfaces and consuming APIs efficiently usingJSON. Skilled in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and jQuery, withpractical experience leveraging modern frameworks like Angular,React, and others to create dynamic, responsive web applications.

Demonstrated success in integrating AI/ML capabilities intosoftware solutions to enhance functionality and drive innovation. Acombination of education, training, and real-world experience thatequips you with the technical and leadership competencies needed toexcel in this role. Technical Knowledge Deep expertise in designingscalable and efficient system architectures that align withevolving business needs. Advanced proficiency in .NET Core and C#,with solid experience across the broader .NET ecosystem. In-depthunderstanding of modern software engineering practices includingObject-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, unit testing, andcontinuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). Strong knowledge of bothSQL and NoSQL database technologies, with the ability to designperformant and reliable data solutions. Proficient in modernfront-end frameworks such as Angular and React, with a clearunderstanding of component-driven architecture. Experienced inAgile methodologies, with a solid grasp of its principles andpractical implementation across teams. Skllled in leveragingMicrosoft Azure DevOps for source control, pipeline automation, andproject tracking.
