Description Architect and execute complex data integrations between the Relius recordkeeping systems and the Salesforce CRM platform to streamline retirement plan processing and financial data analysis. Develop and maintain custom back-end ETL applications using Node.js to facilitate the periodic synchronization of financial and transactional data with the Salesforce cloud platform. Spearhead development within the Salesforce.com platform, emphasizing creation of custom objects, workflows, triggers, and implementation of the Force.com IDE, SOQL, SAQL, and various APIs to achieve operational excellence and support business operations and decision making processes. Lead the definition and execution of company’s Salesforce architecture, roadmap, and innovation efforts, driving towards maximal impact and advancement of firm-wide objectives. Oversee architectural design of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps that integrate retirement-related data with CRM systems, ensuring that they adhere to the highest security and compliance standards of retirement plan industry. •Remote work/telecommuting benefits available. (Employee may work from anywhere in US) Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience as a Sr. Software Engineer or related role.

Special Skills or Other Requirements:

5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, including experience with Visualforce, Apex, and JavaScript for development of complex CRM integrations and applications.
5 years of experience with Node.js for backend data integration applications, with a solid understanding of ETL processes and API integrations.
3 years of experience working in data security, privacy, and with FIS Relius recordkeeping system, including modifying and enhancing system features, utilizing business knowledge.
3 years of experience utilizing Tableau CRM (formerly, Einstein Analytics) for building powerful charts and dashboards for business intelligence and data visualization.
3 years of experience overseeing the full lifecycle of software development, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance, within the context of the retirement services sector.
5 years of experience with Salesforce Community development and custom applications.
Certification in Salesforce platform development (or related area) to demonstrate formal expertise in CRM systems and applications.
