Design and implement scalable and robust software architecture; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards; analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers; optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability; stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends; participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint planning meetings; document codebase, application programming interfaces (APIs), and technical specifications; collaborate with quality assurance (QA) engineers to ensure high-quality software releases; provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related IT field and 2 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Software Developer and/or Full Stack Developer and/or Application System Engineer. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related IT field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Software Developer and/or Full Stack Developer and/or Application System Engineer.
