Work with enterprise architects on technical designs and project architecture, interacting with executive level business users and technical experts to assist with determining product requirements and enhancements; analyze business requirements and map to technical requirements, analyze feasibility, determine how reliable and easy-to-use the new product/system/service will be; design and estimate the delivery of complex programs and systems, including applications and supporting services for external use; communicate with other technical leads, IT groups, and clients so they understand the project’s technical implications, dependencies and potential conflicts; review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members (e.g., system specifications); write documentation, including technical standards and processes; find opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards, methodologies and technologies; utilize thorough understanding and alignment with IT policies and procedures, especially those for quality and productivity standards that enable the team to meet client service levels; utilize thorough understanding and alignment with Information Security policies and procedures, and verify deliverables meet Information Security requirements. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related IT field and 2 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Lead Technical Consultant and/or Full Stack Java Developer. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related IT field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Lead Technical Consultant and/or Full Stack Java Developer.
