Summary:
- This role combines technical solution development, project leadership, and customer support. Responsible for creating automation proposals, managing customer projects, and supporting sales efforts, the Applications Engineer / Project Manager ensures projects meet quality, budget, and delivery goals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Core Responsibilities
- Application Engineering
- Design automation concepts and detailed proposals
- Maintain CRM and follow up on leads
- Create proposal templates and support cost tracking
- Project Management
- Lead and coordinate customer projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with customers and resolve technical issues
- Ensure complete documentation
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Join client meetings and sales calls
- Develop proposals and support presentations
- Assist in trade shows and partnership development
