About The Role &Team The Strategic Partnerships team at Amplitude drivescollaboration with technology and consulting partners to scalebusiness opportunities and revenue. By working with key partnerslike AWS, Hubspot, Braze, consulting firms, and other ISVs, theteam extends Amplitude’s impact through joint solutions thatdeliver value to customers. As a Partner Solution Architect atAmplitude, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our technologyand consulting partners to deliver exceptional solutions to theircustomers using Amplitude’s platform. You will work closely withstrategic partners, including AWS, Braze, Hubspot and otherIndependent Software Vendors (ISVs), to drive adoption, designjoint solutions, and ensure successful implementations that meetcomplex business needs. As a Partner Solution Architect, you will:
Technical Enablement:
Deliver technical training, workshops, andresources to partners to enhance their understanding of Amplitude’scapabilities and integrations.
Technical Solutioning:
Collaboratewith partners to ideate, design and develop new services/solutions,integration partner services or offerings. Own technical solutiondevelopment for joint customer campaigns that partners will actionfor reaching new customers at scale.
Partner Collaboration:
Actas a technical advisor to Amplitudes partner ecosystem, fosteringrelationships with key partner stakeholders and ensuring alignmenton technical strategy.
- Technical content creation: Createsolution briefs and data reference architectures.
ThoughtLeadership:
Represent Amplitude at partner events, webinars, andconferences by showcasing best practices and success stories inproduct analytics and integrations. Develop joint blogs or postswith partners.
Feedback Loop:
Gather feedback from partners toinform product roadmap and ensure Amplitude continues to meetevolving market needs.
Technical Sales Coaching:
Work closelywith Amplitude’s Field CTO, Sales, Product, Engineering, andCustomer Success teams to drive partner success and jointgo-to-market initiatives, including building capability fortechnical co-sell on joint solutions. Youll be a great addition tothe team if you have:
- 3 years of experience in a SolutionArchitect, Solution Engineer, or similar role, preferably in SaaSor analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of product analytics,data architecture, and cloud-based technologies (AWS experience isa strong plus).
- Proven experience working with technology andconsulting partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strongcommunication skills with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and tools like JavaScript,Python, or SQL.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion forsolving complex problems and delivering value.
- Ability to travelup to 20% for partner and customer engagements. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amplitude, Adobe, Mixpanel, or other productanalytics tools.
- Prior experience working in or with AWS PartnerNetwork (APN) programs or certifications like AWS SolutionsArchitect Associate/Professional.
