We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Copilot SolutionsArchitect to lead the design of AI solutions within the MicrosoftAzure AI ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot,Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric integration. In this role, youwill be the “AI Innovation & Automation Architect,” driving theadoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance enterpriseproductivity and workflows. • Presales Engagement
• Collaboratewith sales teams to understand client requirements, goals, and painpoints.
• Design and present tailored solution solutions,addressing business and technical needs.
• Lead discovery sessions,technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate currentenvironments and identify opportunities for modernization.
• Createcomprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture,implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Lead the developmentof SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensurealignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Driverevenue growth within the professional services team by identifyingnew opportunities and optimizing service offerings.

MicrosoftCopilot & Copilot Studio Expertise:

• Design and architect AIsolutions that integrate Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studiocapabilities.
• Develop strategies for leveraging LLMs and AIagents to automate complex tasks and enhance user experiences.
• Customize and extend Copilot functionalities to meet specificenterprise needs.

Azure AI Expertise:

• Design AI/ML solutionsusing Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and AzureOpenAI Service.
• Architect AI agents using LLMs and relatedtechnologies.
• Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG)techniques to enhance LLM performance.
• Establish MLOps practicesfor AI model deployment and monitoring.

Microsoft FabricIntegration:

• Design AI solutions that leverage data fromMicrosoft Fabric.
• Integrate Copilot and Copilot Studio withFabric data and analytics workloads.
• Utilize Fabric data toimprove the performance of LLM-based applications.

SynergisticCollaboration:

• Collaborate with the Data & AI Solutions Architectto access and utilize data from Fabric for AI/ML workloads.
• Workwith the Data Governance Architect to ensure AI/ML models complywith data governance policies.
• Act as the expert on LLMs and AIagent development within the Microsoft ecosystem.

ClientEngagement:

• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand theirAI and automation needs.
• Develop and present compelling proposalsand demonstrations that showcase the value of Copilot-enhanced AIsolutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy andimplementation.

Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 10 years ofexperience in data science and AI/ML solution development anddeployment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in GenAI solutiondevelopment and deployment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AIservices, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experiencedeveloping and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong presales experience, with a focus on AI solutions andautomation.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science,artificial intelligence, or a related field; Masters degreepreferred.

Required Skills Technical Skills:

• Expertise inMicrosoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in AzureMachine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAIService.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent development.
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Experiencewith MLOps practices.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric.

• Theestimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 – $220,000which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for thisposition is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual toindividual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical,vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
