ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior ERP Systems Developer will play a keyrole in the management, administration, and ongoing support of ourEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related financialbusiness systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the systemsoptimal performance, reliability, security, and compliance, with afocus on maximizing their value to the Finance department and thewider organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strongtechnical background, coupled with a deep understanding offinancial business processes, and experience workingcross-functionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-dayoperations of the ERP system, including system administration,configuration, and troubleshooting
• Lead and/or participate inupgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring minimaldisruption to business operations
• Design, develop, and maintainsystem integrations with other enterprise applications, such asSalesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms
• Act as thesubject-matter expert for data flows and systems processes betweenthe ERP and other financial systems
• Collaborate with Finance andSupply Chain stakeholders to gather business requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintainsystem documentation, including standard operating procedures(SOPs), process flows, and technical specifications
• Ensure dataintegrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations andinternal policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and ITGC
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Stayup-to-date with the latest features and best practices, andrecommend system improvements to enhance efficiency andfunctionality
• Manage vendor relationships and implementationpartners
• Participate in cross-functional projects, providing ERPexpertise and guidance to teams across Finance, Global Supply,Manufacturing, and Logistics
• Create systems diagrams based ondata flows and provide suggestions for changes in systemsinfrastructure
• Maintain strict adherence to best practices indata analysis, validation, and process flows.
• Test new systemfunctionality, reports, and queries in test databases
• Understandand apply required security to ensure the protection of data assetsand all forms of company information
• Recommend controls byidentifying problems, writing improved procedures, and documentingsystem flows
• Lead a team of ERP system administrators anddevelopers

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years ofexperience managing and supporting ERP systems
• Strong technicalskills in ERP system administration, configuration, anddevelopment, including experience with:
• ERP modules (Financials,Distribution, etc.)
• API and integration technologies, includingEDI, SOAP, and REST APIs
• SQL Server database
• Reporting tools
• Middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
• Experience with otherenterprise systems and integrations is a plus
• Excellentunderstanding of financial business processes, includingaccounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
• Project management skills
• Experience with large data volume analytics and data setreconciliations
• Data governance experience including SOX and ITGC
• Fundamental knowledge of

SQL EDUCATION

:

• BS degree in ComputerScience or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred MS degree in Computer Science or related engineeringfield
• Relevant certifications in major ERPs (SAP, Oracle,Microsoft Dynamics etc)
