How You’ll Make An Impact As a SeniorEngineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticatedsystems and software based on the business goals, needs and generalbusiness environment. You will work with product management, otherengineering teams, customer success and support on developingcutting edge new product features and enhancements across variousareas of Boomi offerings. What You’ll Do

• Be a key member of anAgile team, collaboratively realizing features through the softwaredevelopment lifecycle
• Guide and participate in design,development, unit testing, and deployment of Boomi products andservices including enhancements and/or resolution of any issuesthat may be reported
• Investigate and resolve complex customerissues
• Work independently with a minimal level of guidance fromtechnical leadership
• Mentor other Boomi engineers, includingdesign collaboration and code reviews
• Research, validate, andrecommend technology decisions for new features The Experience YouBring
• Ability to learn new tools, languages, and operatingsystems with some training and on-the-job experience
• Experiencein software development, including the use of IDE with a solidunderstanding of object-oriented design concepts for delivering andmaintaining a software product
• Experience with Java, sourcecontrol systems, and continuous integration tools
• Experience withREST Web Services technology
• Experience working in Agile basedSDLC and utilizing collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with SQL, relational database systems, and ORM toolslike Hibernate Bonus Points If You Have
• 5 years of experience insoftware development
• Experience using Linux/Unix environments
• Ability to identify opportunities and apply appropriate designpatterns in the right context
• Experience in handling performanceand scalability issues
• Experience with highly scalable, highthroughput web applications and backend systems
• Familiarity usingAWS technologies
• Experience working with APM tools (e.
