  • Strive to understand our customer’sbusiness needs and assist them with developing roadmaps for theirIT Transformation Strategies
  • Demonstrate an understanding of thecompetitive landscapes around emerging technologies and theirapplicability to Global customer segments
  • Strategize withextended teams in the design of modern enterprise securitysolutions mapped to the customer’s business objectives
  • Ensure weare delivering customized, relevant, and audience-appropriatemessaging to stakeholders from C-Level Executives to Engineering
  • Identify supporting multi-disciplinary requirements to increase thepotential value derived from technologies such as Cloud, Compute,and Storage with an emphasis on the Application
  • Evaluate andcreate multi-OEM reference architecture designs followingappropriate design procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with Salesand Solutions teams to architect, design, and maximize the valuederived from SHI and partner security offerings.
  • Mentor / GuideSales and Solutions teams on engagement tactics and strategies tiedto high impact opportunities.
  • Participate in discovery calls andthe development of strategies for expanding an opportunity acrossand into adjacent solution areas.
  • Deliver workshops to customersaround emerging technologies, IT operational efficiencies and themodernization of IT toolsets.
  • Develop roadmaps that createmanageable paths to operational efficiencies and the adoption ofnew and emerging technologies
  • Lead proposal creation andpresentation process in conjunction with Sales, Solutions, and OEMPartner teams.
  • Support OEM partner-specific programs.
  • Providethought leadership by staying current on innovative technologiesand embracing the adoption of new partners or solution components
  • Represent SHI at relevant industry events
  • Travel as needed forthe business.
  • Creating designs to help organizations get the mostout of their enterprise infrastructure while maintainingappropriate design procedures and practices Qualifications
  • 10years working in customer-facing and customer-support roles
  • 15years of industry experience
  • Strong fundamental understanding oftechnical security solutions and how they address customer riskexposure within the following core pillars: o Identity Management;Data Security; Application Security; Data Center/Cloud; Threat andVulnerability/SecOps, and Security Program Governance
  • Strongfundamental understanding of security services engagements with theability to determine opportunities and craft statements of work.

  • The estimatedannual pay range for this position is $195,000 – $260,000 whichincludes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for thisposition is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual toindividual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical,vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
