We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Presales Solutions Architect tosupport our Training & Adoption team. This role is pivotal inhelping enterprise clients understand and embrace our Adoption andChange Management (ACM) offerings that drive successful end-useradoption, behavioral change, and business transformation. As aclient-facing architect, you will partner with sales, solutions,and delivery teams to articulate value, develop tailored enablementstrategies, and position training and ACM services as key successfactors in cloud, infrastructure, and digital workplace programs.

  • Presales Engagement
  • Collaboratewith sales and technical teams to understand client requirements,goals, and pain points
  • Lead client discovery sessions tounderstand business goals, readiness, and culture to informtailored ACM strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth within theprofessional services team by identifying new opportunities andoptimizing service offerings
  • Solution Development
  • Develop andpresent compelling proposals, solution designs, and roadmaps thatdemonstrate the value of training, communications, and changeleadership.
  • Lead the development of SOWs, working closely withcross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs andbusiness objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Adoptionand Change Management (ACM) and End-User Enablement during thepresales cycle.
  • Craft personas, use cases, and adoption journeysthat resonate with diverse audiences
  • Client RelationshipManagement
  • Function as a trusted advisor for clients, buildingstrong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Address client concerns and objections during the presales cycle
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
  • Collaborate with internalteams to scope ACM workstreams that complement technicaldeployments (e.g., Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI, & Microsoft365,).
  • Partner with internal technical and delivery teams toensure consistent solution development and smooth handoff of signedprojects
  • Engage with SHI sales teams, including front linesellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approachto service delivery and client engagement
  • Work with product andmarketing teams to stay informed about the latest technologyfeatures and updates.
  • Mentor and support sales teams inunderstanding the value of ACM services.
  • Provide thoughtleadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on ACM bestpractices, trends, and innovations Qualifications
  • CompletedBachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in ComputerEngineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of practicalexperience with increasing responsibility
  • Minimum 5 years’experience designing implementing and integrating ACM solutions
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with and migrating technologysolutions with ACM strategies
  • Experience with Prosci or othermanagement methodologies is highly desirable
  • Proven ability totranslate business challenges into actionable ACM solutionsRequired Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focuson services solution development and revenue growth in ProfessionalServices
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to workeffectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentationand communication skills, with the ability to articulate technicalsolutions to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strongunderstanding of migration methodologies for Cloud, Infrastructure,and M365
  • Experience in enterprise-scale migrations and hybridenvironments
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and designsolutions that meet their business objectives and budgetconstraints with a consultative approach.
  • Experience indeveloping SOWs and driving revenue growth in professionalservices.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation,proposals, and architecture diagrams. Certifications Required
  • Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist Certification (Preferred)
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (Preferred) UniqueRequirements
  • Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%Additional Information
  • The estimated annual pay range for thisposition is $160,000 – $220,000 which includes a base salary andbonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent onjob-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and,therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits mayinclude, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, andflexible spending.
