We are seeking a motivated and skilled ServiceNow Developer tojoin our dynamic team at SHI. The ideal candidate will possess arobust understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with comprehensiveexperience in system administration, development, andimplementation of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.   • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications andservices, with a strong focus on Flow Designer.
  • ImplementServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITAM, ITSM, and ITOMmodules, involving form configuration, workflow administration,reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party softwareintegrations.
  • Design and implement integration solutions toconnect ServiceNow with external systems and applications.
  • Utilize ITIL v4 principles to enhance service management processesand workflows.
  • Build and maintain service catalog items, ensuringefficient and user-friendly service delivery.
  • Engage withstakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications.
  • Work collaboratively across one or moreapplications on the ServiceNow platform, including Employee Center.
  • Serve as both a system administrator and developer, managingplatform operations while driving development initiatives.
  • Staycurrent with industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings toenhance the usability of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • MaintainServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator(CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Assist SHI teamsin managing project timelines and customer expectations.
  • Completeall work within agreed timescales and KPIs. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for creating andmanaging workflows.
  • Strong integration experience, with theability to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Familiaritywith the ITIL v4 framework and its application in servicemanagement.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) andCertified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
  • Experienceimplementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow, includingexperience with common web technologies (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX,CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
  • Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies,JavaScript, web software design principles, and IT ServiceManagement processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release,Knowledge, Service Catalog).
  • Strong problem-solving skills andthe ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Aproactive, enthusiastic approach to work, with a desire tocontinuously learn and grow. Required Skills

  • Additional experience within theIT Operations or Asset Management field Certifications Required Theideal candidate will hold the following accreditations; if notcurrently held, the successful candidate will demonstrate a”learning mindset” and may be called to study and pass some of thefollowing accreditations within a short period of commencing therole:

  • It is expected that thisrole may require infrequent travel both nationally andinternationally (max 10%) Additional Information
  • The estimatedannual pay range for this position is $100,000
  • $150,000 whichincludes a base salary and commission. The compensation for thisposition is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual toindividual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical,vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
