ResponsibilitiesInclude but not limited to:

Solution Design Support:

Assistsenior architects and stakeholders in designing solutions for AIinfrastructure and data center environments, ensuring solutionsalign with business needs and best practices.

Technical Support:

Provide foundational technical guidance and support on architectureand integration of solutions.

Documentation:

Collaborate increating Statements of Work (SOW) and Bills of Materials (BOM) fordesigned solutions under guidance.

Customer Engagement:

Supportsales teams in profiling and prospecting suitable accounts andopportunities, presenting basic solutions and value propositions toclients.

Mentorship and Learning:

Engage in self-study and learnfrom senior engineers to enhance technical skills and solutiondelivery capabilitie Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, orequivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in atechnical sales or support role.
• Basic expertise in AIinfrastructure, data center solutions, servers, storage,networking, and power and cooling. Required Skills
• Strongfoundational problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellentwritten, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Visio, and projectmanagement software.
• Basic consultative skills and ability tobuild relationships with clients and stakeholders. CertificationsRequired
• CompTIA Cloud Essentials, A, Server
• Cisco CCNA, VMwareVTSP
• Pure Storage – FlashArray or FlashBlade ArchitectProfessional
• Dell DCS IE or DCS SA in Server and/or StoragePlatforms
• Nutanix NCP or other equivalent OEM certifications inservers, storage, or networking
• NVIDIA CPAII, CPAIO, or otherequivalent certifications. Unique Requirements
