Come dowork that matters. As a Solutions Engineer – IMB & eClose, you’llbe the technical heart of the sales and post-sale expansionprocess—part product expert, part strategist, part storyteller.

You’ll partner closely with Relationship Managers and CustomerSuccess Managers to identify opportunities, guide technicalevaluations, and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailoredto real-world banking needs. We’re looking for a dynamic, curious,and highly technical communicator who’s passionate about digitaltransformation in financial services. Outstanding Solutions Engineersshould have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness toinspire clients, creativity for selling beyond the demo, and theability to work both independently and within a team.

How youllcontribute:

Be the go-to product and technical expert for yoursolution area, continually expanding your expertise on both productfunctionality and industry use cases. Partner with sales andcustomer success teams to identify opportunities, qualify technicalfit, and lead evaluations from discovery through demo and solutiondesign. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations that resonatewith stakeholders—from frontline operators to C-levelexecs—adapting narratives based on their unique goals andchallenges. Drive deep discovery with clients and prospects touncover workflow and process inefficiencies that will become a corecomponent of your value proposition. Translate complex technicalconcepts into clear value propositions, including specs,integration needs, architectural diagrams, and implementationpaths. Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, productmarketing, and business development to feed customer insights backinto product strategy and GTM motions. Keep a pulse on customerfeedback, market trends, and usage patterns—and communicate theminternally to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Build andmaintain documentation, including presentation content, workflowand architecture diagrams, and recorded assets to scale enablementefforts. Elevate the quality of internal demo environments, tools,and delivery methods to continuously improve customer engagement.

Who you are: Technical Expertise 12 years of experience in complextechnology sales engineering, implementation, or delivery in a SaaSor enterprise environment. Deep understanding of SaaS platforms,APIs, and integration workflows. Proficiency with tools like SQL,JSON, Postman, and Apache Velocity. Experience working with cloudinfrastructure (e.g., AWS) and web-based application architecture.

Sales & Communication Skills Exceptional communicator—able tosimplify the complex, inspire confidence, and tell a compellingstory to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven trackrecord delivering high-impact product demos and solutionpresentations. Ability to tailor content and conversations todifferent personas (from operations to the C-suite). Execution &Collaboration Results-driven, with a proactive and resourcefulmindset. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability tojuggle competing priorities across multiple deals and stakeholders.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats ina fast-moving environment. Mindset A team player who valuesprogress over perfection—and is quick to jump in and supportwherever needed. For full time hires, the base pay rangefor this position is $139,000 – $164,000 30% variable (OTE will bea 70/30 split between the base variable). Final base pay offeramounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but notlimited to function, level, geographic location, job relatedknowledge, skills, and experience.
