Come dowork that matters. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technicalheart of the sales and post-sale expansion process—part productexpert, part strategist, part storyteller. You’ll partner closelywith Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers toidentify opportunities, guide technical evaluations, and delivercompelling product demonstrations tailored to real-world bankingneeds. Outstanding Solutions Engineers should have a keen eye forspotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients,creativity for selling beyond the demo, and the ability to workboth independently and within a team.

How youll contribute:

Be thego-to product and technical expert for your solution area,continually expanding your expertise on both product functionalityand industry use cases. Partner with sales and customer successteams to identify opportunities, qualify technical fit, and leadevaluations from discovery through demo and solution design.

Deliver exceptional product demonstrations that resonate withstakeholders—from frontline operators to C-level execs—adaptingnarratives based on their unique goals and challenges. Translatecomplex technical concepts into clear value propositions, includingspecs, integration needs, architectural diagrams, andimplementation paths. Collaborate with product, engineering,marketing, product marketing, and business development to feedcustomer insights back into product strategy and GTM motions. Keepa pulse on customer feedback, market trends, and usage patterns—andcommunicate them internally to shape roadmap and go-to-marketstrategy. Build and maintain documentation, including presentationcontent, workflow and architecture diagrams, and recorded assets toscale enablement efforts. Elevate the quality of internal demoenvironments, tools, and delivery methods to continuously improvecustomer engagement.

Who you are:

Technical Expertise 12 years ofexperience in complex technology sales engineering, implementation,or delivery in a SaaS or enterprise environment. Deep understandingof SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration workflows. Proficiencywith tools like SQL, JSON, Postman, and Apache Velocity. Experienceworking with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and web-basedapplication architecture. Sales & Communication Skills Exceptionalcommunicator—able to simplify the complex, inspire confidence, andtell a compelling story to both technical and non-technicalaudiences. Proven track record delivering high-impact product demosand solution presentations. Ability to tailor content andconversations to different personas (from operations to theC-suite). Execution & Collaboration Results-driven, with aproactive and resourceful mindset. Outstanding organizationalskills with the ability to juggle competing priorities acrossmultiple deals and stakeholders. Comfortable workingcross-functionally and wearing multiple hats in a fast-movingenvironment. Able to travel up to 30-40% annually. Mindset A teamplayer who values progress over perfection—and is quick to jump inand support wherever needed. Curious and constantly learning—alwaysseeking new ideas and ways to uplevel your team and your craft.

For full timehires, the base pay range for this position if located in the SanFrancisco Bay Area or New York City is between $139,000 – $164,000(OTE will be a 70/30 split between the base variable). Final basepay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors,including but not limited to function, level, geographic location,job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
