  • Establish and maintain strongclient relationships, effectively communicating technical solutionsand recommendations
  • Lead workshops to guide clients throughsolution design and implementation processes
  • Collaborate withclients and internal teams to design comprehensive solutions usingthe ServiceNow platform
  • Provide technical support and guidance tothe development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherenceto best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues on the ServiceNowplatform, identifying root causes and implementing effectivesolutions
  • Offer strategic recommendations that align with clientneeds and business objectives
  • Engage in story grooming sessions,refining requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaborationwith stakeholders
  • Conduct platform application assessments and
CMDB/CSDM

assessments Qualifications

  • 5 years of experienceimplementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
  • 5 years ofexperience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML,HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)
  • Bachelors Degree orequivalent experience
  • ServiceNow Implementation and Assessmentexperience in two or more applications preferred.
  • Additionalexperience in IT or Software Asset Management
  • Industry-leadingknowledge of the ITAM and Software lifecycle Required Skills
  • Certifications in three or more ServiceNow areas are stronglyrecommended
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and guide clientsthrough solution design processes
  • Strong client-facing skills,with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders
  • Experience troubleshooting complex issues andimplementing effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to make informed recommendations and decisions on solutionsthat align with best practices and client needs
  • Experience withstory grooming and collaborating with stakeholders to refinerequirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, ITarchitecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles
  • Experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML,AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP)
  • Directory service integration experience(Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on methods(token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0) and Web Services integrations (SOAP,REST) Certifications Required
  • ServiceNow CIS, CTA, and CADcertifications preferred Unique Requirements
  • It is expected thatthis role will require frequent travel both nationally andinternationally (Max 30%)
  • Extended hours are required to completesome special projects
