Job Description
Responsible for defining, designing, and delivering Master Data Management (MDM) services and capabilities that meet Geisinger Enterprise business requirements. Lead the design and configuration of MDM Hub processes (i.e., Landing, Stage, Load, and Match-Merge), Cleanse functions, and User Exits within the MDM Hub Console. Design and configure Entity base objects that adhere to appropriate hierarchies and relationships across Geisinger’s mastered data domains. Create and manage Match Rules, Merge Properties, Trust and Validation Rules, Match Paths, Match Columns, and Batch Groups. Design, configure, and implement MDM stewardship workflows using Informatica ActiveVOS tools. Design, configure, and implement external application interfaces using the Informatica MDM Services Integration Framework (SIF). Develop MDM solutions by leveraging extensive experience with Data Integration and Data Quality Management tools, techniques, and best practices. Position allows for 100% remote work.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience in application development and/or maintenance including: 5 years of experience using MDM application configuration tools such as Informatica MDM Hub applications, ActiveVOS, and/or Services Integration Framework (SIF); 3 years of experience designing and configuring MDM workflows; data quality management tools such as Informatica Data Quality and Address Doctor to implement data cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes to maintain high data quality standards; data integration techniques and tools; and SQL to manage data within source system relational databases and MDM operational store.
Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a closely related field plus two (2) additional years of experience in the above skills.
