Design, implementation, and full stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products & Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration & Unified communication solutions)
Leading the development of a scalable architecture that supports the organizations strategic roadmap.
Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments

Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress.
Participating in incident cause analysis assistance in remediation design efforts to improve reliability prevent future failure scenarios.
