Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development (60%) and solid back-end capabilities (40%). This role is part of our Tooling Team, responsible for building highly visible, scalable, and self-service internal tools—including a custom Content Management System (CMS)—that empower teams across the organization. You’ll work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), JVM-based back-end technologies (Java, Kotlin, etc.), and deploy solutions on AWS. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence the efficiency and productivity of internal teams.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications with a focus on intuitive, responsive UI.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build a robust internal CMS platform.
Implement and maintain backend services using Java or other JVM-based languages like Kotlin.
Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments, leveraging cloud-native tools and best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Continuously improve development workflows and tooling to enhance team productivity.
Required Skills:
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript-based front-end frameworks, especially React.
Solid experience with Java, Kotlin, or other JVM-based languages for backend development.
Hands-on experience with AWS for application deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Familiarity with building and scaling internal tools or CMS platforms.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
