06/26/2025 Client•State of PA Hybrid, Dauphin County The Bureau of Public Transportation, BPT, wishes to provide its transit agency grantees access to Power BI reports using data available in the Ecolane data warehouse. BPT wishes to explore ways of giving access to these reports through a new or existing interface/system. Agency access to reports should be restricted so that they can only run reports using data that their agency generated. Candidates will work under the direction of the project’s Technical Lead and Application Architect to write, test, and document code to implement system features and enhancements.
Skills:
Required:
8+ Years .NET Core and C#, for building back end services and applications
ASP.NET, ASP.NET
MVC or ASP.NET Core for building web applications SQL Server / T-SQL, recent experience with Azure SQL. APIs and Integration, RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture Testing frameworks
XUnit/NUnit Prefer:
Jasmine and Karma ORM, such as Entity framework and

If candidate resides outside of PA, the candidate will need to provide the state-owned and approved criminal background check from their residence. On-site work location is a secured floor. If the engaged candidate would like a badge for access permission, the candidate must let the Commonwealth know and bring a check or money order for $20 payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the first day work to pay for a badge. The agency does not provide parking.
