Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Node.js Developer to build scalable, cloud-based web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, and web services, with a focus on performance, reliability, and integration with third-party systems. This role involves backend development, cloud service integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities
Develop server-side code to integrate third-party devices into the enterprise ecosystem.
Design, develop, and implement scalable, resilient, and robust cloud-based services.
Manage development, continuous integration, and deployment of microservices.
Collaborate with QA teams to create automated application-level test suites.
Apply industry best practices to solve complex business problems.
Work with internal and external teams to develop scalable solutions that integrate with existing systems.
Present and defend architectural and technical decisions to stakeholders.
Potential travel to collaborate with teams at company headquarters. Required Qualifications
8-10 years of software development experience.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
Strong experience with TypeScript and web services.
Proven ability to build scalable, cloud-based web applications.
Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in large-scale deployments.
Proficiency in designing and maintaining APIs for web services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong foundation in software design, algorithms, and debugging. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with web application development and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
Contributions to open-source projects.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Interest or experience in Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
