Job Description:

Sr. Software Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

• Design, Architect and implement robust and scalable enterprise financial microservices using Java Spring boot framework.
• Design and develop scalable batch processing application using Spring Batch.
• Containerization of the microservices and batch jobs using Docker.
• Implementing OAuth2 security for microservices.
• Designing the database schemas, tables, efficient queries and stored procedures as per the requirements.
• Providing technical solutions for business problems.
• Analyzing functional and nonfunctional requirements, performing feasibility, gap analysis, architecting the overall solutions and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
• Coding, Unit Testing & Deployment

Project Governance:

Code Reviews, Code Quality Analytics, Documentation, Unit Test Coverage Inspections, Software Factory Management, Code Check-ins, Change Management & Deployments

• Expertise in developing software applications and scripts in various programming languages such as Java, Python, Angular, Shell scripts, Java script, SQL etc.
• Conduct requirement analysis using UML diagrams, Class diagrams, Use-Case diagrams for functionality, environment and performance of the project.

Requirement Analysis:

Understand business needs of Front to Back Office users right from capturing trade confirming, processing, settlements until regulatory reporting. Understanding of various financial instruments and assets classes, Collaborating with Business Teams and Operational Teams with good communication skills.

• Understanding Financial Products & Assets.
• Create, Maintain and Administer the AWS cloud infrastructure set up for the various environments (Like Production, Development etc.).
• Design and Implement CI/CD on AWS.
• Conducting the Software release process.
• Building Cloud infrastructure diagrams.
• Setting up VPNs and proxies.
• Involve in Agile Implementation and Sprint Planning
• Analytical skills for monitoring the systems performance using Datadog.
• Perform test Driven Development with Good Code Coverage with unit tests.
