The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI and will work in a hybrid role with This role involves designing and implementing integration solutions that align with our business objectives ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Responsibilities Design and implement Power BI Reporting solutions that align with business objectives and ensure seamless data flow. Knowledge in Clinical Trial process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements. Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and best practices. Ensure system interoperability and data integrity across various platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. Monitor integration performance and implement improvements as needed. Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends. Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration solutions to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of integration solutions. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Medidata Rave and integration architecture. Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Show ability to document and communicate technical concepts effectively. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. Preferably have experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry. Be familiar with cloud-based integration platforms and tools. Understand data security and compliance requirements in integration projects. Have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Be committed to delivering high-quality integration solutions. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Certifications Certified Medidata Rave Architect TOGAF Certification Applications will be accepted until June 25th, 2025.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 to $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
