Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React and Express. Implement robust application features while ensuring optimal performance and security through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment to define project requirements and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development within the team. Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services. Utilize cloud services such as AWS for deployment and management of applications. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in application development using Java, C++, or similar programming languages. Strong proficiency in web development technologies including React, Express, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Agile methodologies and practices for effective project management. Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling concepts. Knowledge of VBA for automation tasks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
