Asan Observability Specialist Solutions Architect at Elastic, youwill play a pivotal role in shaping how customers leverage ElasticsObservability solutions to achieve their business goals. You willact as a trusted advisor and technical authority, working closelywith sales teams, customers, and partners to design and implementinnovative observability solutions built on Elastic andOpenTelemetry standards.   • Serving as the technical lead and trusted advisor tocustomers, partners, and internal stakeholders for ElasticObservability solutions with a focus on infrastructure monitoring(metrics), application monitoring (tracing), and logging.
  • Providing thought leadership and championing the evolution ofOpenTelemetry with Elastic customers and inside the CNCFOpenTelemetry community.
  • Collaborating with sales and customerteams to understand customer challenges, goals, and environments,and designing tailored observability solutions.
  • Guiding customersin adopting observability standards to ensure compatibility andsuccess with Elastic’s solutions.
  • Helping customers architect forhigh-fidelity observability at scale.
  • Leading technicaldiscussions and demonstrations, showcasing Elastic’s Observabilityand GenAI capabilities.
  • Developing proof-of-concept solutionsthat highlight the value and impact of Elastic’s Observabilityofferings for customer use cases.
  • Developing instructionalobservability workshops for the field and customers.
  • Creating andnurturing relationships with key decision-makers and technicalleaders within customer organizations.
  • Driving best practices forobservability architecture, deployment, and operations with a focuson scale, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Contributing to theevolution of Elastic’s Observability products, providing feedbackfrom the field to Product and Engineering teams.
  • RepresentingElastic at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a subjectmatter expert on Observability and OpenTelemetry.
  • Building andmaintaining technical documentation and resources to supportenablement efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining deep expertise inElastic’s Observability solutions and OpenTelemetry standards,staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • A lightunderstanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the role securitysolutions play in modern DevSecOps What You Bring
  • Deep expertisein OpenTelemetry, including significant contributions to itsdevelopment or ecosystem.
  • A track record of success in atechnical presales/consulting role—enough experience selling andimplementing technology to earn your customer’s trust.
  • Experiencebuilding PoCs, inclusive of the technical skills required todevelop exemplary custom services and stage typical supportinginfrastructure, like Kubernetes, Kafka, Postgres across bothself-managed and hosted environments.
  • An ideal candidate willhave some practitioner experience using observability products as aSRE or developer.
  • Experience designing and presenting technicalsolutions related to Observability, OpenTelemetry, or AItechnologies in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
  • Ademonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modernplatforms, software, and technologies.
  • A real passion for beingcurious and a continuous learner. You are someone that invests inyourself as much as you invest in your professional relationships.
  • A history of successful customer relations where you developed anunderstanding of what made a difference, and devised architecturesthat helped meet a goal, tackle a problem, or outpace competitors.
  • An ability to influence. Have you more than once convinced a teamyou worked for, of an idea, technology, or architectural pattern?
  • The ability to inspire groups, both large and small.
  • Awillingness to travel 30% within the region, as well asoccasionally internationally
