Job Description
The role involves contributing to and leading multidisciplinary projects focused on architecting, re-developing, migrating, improving, designing, and prototyping complex cross-product solutions for Oracle Health. The role will have a focus on all things cloud and AI, often including complex on-premises Move & Improve scenarios and providing guidance as well as roll up your sleeve’s engagement for rearchitecting the product portfolio to a set of fully cloud native and cloud products. The position includes a high level of internal visibility with senior management. The Solution Architect is responsible for structuring and leading complex, strategic internal and external engagements involving coordination across teams and products, innovative use of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure products and tools, and establishing a regular feedback channel into the development organization across Oracle to define product improvements and innovations.

  Deep knowledge of Oracle products is essential. Proficiency in Oracle PaaS/IaaS, Java, integration, and related technologies is required. Your understanding of our ecosystem will enable you to make informed decisions and drive effective change.

  Extensive experience with cloud technologies is crucial. You should have a proven track record in cloud architecture, application containers, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant cloud solutions is a definite advantage.

Education and Experience:

A master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. We seek candidates with 7+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably with a strong focus on cloud technologies.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
