Job Description Summary We are currently seeking a skilled professional for an in-officeposition in Aiken or Greenville, SC. This position is primarily acandidate to architect, build, and implement collaborationsolutions to fully leverage the capabilities of Microsoft 365 GCCHigh Power Platform. We are looking for a well-versed PowerAutomateWorkflow developer with key knowledge of the full Microsoft stackto develop solutions in, but not limited to: PowerApps,PowerAutomate, and PowerBI. Scope The Specialist I has a depth of knowledge within designatedInformation Technology (IT) area of responsibility that is appliedto diverse assignments. This position may collaborate withcustomers, vendors, industry consultants, and company management inorder to drive results. This role supports workflow-related ITprojects. This position may guide and share knowledge with other ITstaff. Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes aswell as required documentation, for the timely coordination andcompletion of project tasks. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand PowerPlatform project requirements and contribute to the alignment ofsoftware solutions with organizational goals. Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings, confirmmilestones, and ensure goals are achieved. Assist in various aspects of workflow development softwareprojects, including design, testing, and deployment, under theguidance of senior team members to contribute to the successfulexecution of software projects based on area of responsibility. Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing user needs andensuring Power Platform solutions meet end-user requirements. Contribute to the development and coding of enterprise-levelsoftware applications. Participate with cross-functional team members in issueidentification, process impacts, and solution developmentdiscussions to optimize end-to-end solutions Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, andtools relevant to Power Platform application development. Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates onproject progress, escalating complex problems to higher-levelspecialists and seeking guidance when needed. Maintain documentation related to software development, includingcoding standards, procedures, and user manuals. Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and bestpractices in software development. Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutionsto enhance software applications.
