Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and self-motivated Workday Integration Developers (Junior and Senior levels) to join our integration team. These individuals will play a crucial role in the implementation and integration of systems with Workday, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance, while collaborating across teams to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis
Analyze integration artifacts and system remediation data to define requirements for integrating systems with Workday.
Identify, document, and address data mapping and transformation needs. Integrations
Design and implement data integrations leveraging tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services (WWS), Report Writer.
Ensure secure and compliant data movement (ingress and egress) within the Workday environment.
Maintain data integrity, consistency, and alignment with integration best practices and organizational policies. Testing and Validation
Assist QA and functional teams with integration testing to ensure accuracy and adherence to business rules.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues in integration workflows. Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, specifications, and test outcomes.
Follow organizational standards for audit and training readiness. Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Integration Architects, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Functional Leads.
Provide regular updates, escalate issues promptly, and align integration efforts with broader project goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in Workday integration (Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Report Writer).
Strong knowledge of

XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP

web services, and general integration best practices.
Hands-on experience with both HCM and Finance modules in Workday.
Deep understanding of Workday security protocols and RBAC (role-based access control).
Proficiency in data modeling, mapping, and transformation concepts.
Prior experience working on multiple ERP implementations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while blending seamlessly within a team.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Higher Education experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Pro Integrations Certification
Familiarity with agile project management and version control tools.
Background in higher education or large, complex organizational environments.
